Global Greening Deserts Trillion Trees Initiative Climate Emergency, Peace Building and Species Rescue Update

The world’s first vertical farming startup for threatened or endangered tree species as well as important crops or plants develops further concepts for energy and resource-saving species conservation, climate and environmental protection. Arborists, botanists, conservationist, dendrologists, environmentalists, climate activists, tree and forest ecosystem experts are invited to join the global Greening Deserts Species Rescue CES-RPP, Greening Camps and the Trillion Trees Initiative and related projects.

The emergency program and projects to save species, restore biodiversity and ecosystems need international support. The goal is to save more than 300 tree species from extinction by 2025 – for example through professional tree breeding, seed storage, distribution and joint tree planting activities. Some international species protection, climate protection, nature conservation and environmental protection organizations have already showed their interest. We are looking forward to new partners in the future to master one of the biggest tasks and challenges of the decade. Biodiversity loss, deforestation, desertification, land degradation, air, soil and water pollution are global threats.

Species extinction, climate change, environmental degradation from monocultures, forestry and agriculture are increasingly evident. Droughts and heat waves have made many impacts and causes clearly visible. The problems with old bad habits or systems such as excessive deforestation, draining, pollution,and destruction by agriculture or monocultures in rainforests or similar ecosystems rich in biodiversity and crops are complex. Yet solutions can be very simple – as explained in these and other articles. New techniques, technologies, products or services are not always necessary, but can of course accelerate and / or improve sustainable developments. Greening Deserts has over the years presented good solutions to many of these world problems – such as really effective developments and sustainable solutions to stop deforestation by monocultures. Diverse concepts for desert greening, tree planting campaigns, urban greening, vertical agriculture and innovative project developments like the Greenhouse Ship show great possibilities and potentials how to combine biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, productive eco-agriculture and eco-forestry. Here are some ideas, methodical and sustainable thinking using the palm oil issue as an example. It are a few points from the concept paper for the Desert Forest project Palmforest.org.

  • Stop ALL new palm oil plantations in rainforests or similar ecosystems with rich biodiversity, fauna and flora.
  • Attempt to convert palm oil plantations to more environmentally friendly habitats with greater biodiversity. Alternatively, replace or relocate to areas with no or very low biodiversity.
  • Establish ecological agroforestry, mixed afforestation or reforestation with trees, shrubs, crops, herbs, fruit and vegetable plants.
  • Move oil palm plantations to man-made deserts, drylands, wastelands and desert-like areas; In these regions, there not much damage to the environment and soils possible.
  • Incorporate soil- and water-improving techniques such as sustainable drip irrigation through solar desalination systems.
  • Continuous improvement and research of agrophotovoltaics, agroforestry, cleantech and greentech in the greening camps.
  • Supporting various biodiversity, conservation, cultural, and scientific projects in each region, such as where the camps are beginning to restore or expand ecosystems.
  • Promote environmental awareness and more sustainable consumption, reducing overproduction and overconsumption, especially of products that harm the environment, people and wildlife.

It is unrealistic to reduce the demand for palm oil on a large scale in the next few years and palm oil boycotts or sanctions can be problematic, especially to solve the main problems or causes, many good solutions have been elaborated. The points are not firmly decided or fixed resolutions, but suggestions and of course can be added to or improved.

The world does not really need more food production, but a better sharing, distribution and preservation of food by cooling, drying, pulverizing and processing of food waste around the expiration date – for example with new infrastructures, logistics and startups for food waste preservation. Also local or regional cabinets and preservation machines or facilities in food retail outlets could be established – similar like Norway’s deposit return scheme for plastic bottles or similar plastic recycling machines! Current food sharing solutions are already quite good, but there is a lack of holistic solutions that solve the global supply chains, logistics or transport systems in connection with food waste preservation and food waste at expiry. The problems or solutions already start with the causes like overproduction, transport over long distances and environmental destruction by intensive agriculture. See, for example, monocultures and livestock or factory farming, as well as the excessive waste of food in supermarkets instead of preserving it, storing it and distributing it to the needy. A suggestion would be cooling and drying machines for perishable goods such as fish, meat, vegetables and fruit to make them durable before expiration. There are old tried-and-true methods for this, such as pulverization, cookies and chips – there are already vegetable chips, so why not make them from food waste. Retail itself, new startups and jobs could benefit from this innovation of direct preservation of “food waste”, just before or after the expiration date. The respective countries or EU and UN could even promote this and regulate it accordingly! It is really time to reduce the global famine of over 800 million people and hundreds of millions of children through better preservation and distribution systems – especially since the world produces food for well over 10 billion people! The suggested lack of food is hypocritical and a big lie. There is enough energy, food and water for everyone worldwide. The artificial limitation, commercialization and denial of these resources in certain countries or regions is systematic and violates ethical, moral and humanitarian principles, rules and laws – such as international Children’s and Human Rights.

Climate and environmental protection, nature conservation and species protection are also important issues in the climate crisis. The human-induced impacts of climate and environmental change, such as desertification, global warming and other extreme weather events can be reduced through a more balanced climate or weather system. Glaciers, ice sheets and reflective snow layers play an important role in this – as do large grasslands, wetlands and global forests of course. All the trees and forests in urban areas are also important, as is the coastal greening, marine conservation at the coasts – so like the protection of the lakes, rivers, seas, oceans and other waters. The Greening Deserts and the Trillion Trees Initiative, actions, campaigns and projects moved many nations, organizations and people to plant millions or even billions of trees! Some countries have followed the advice and announced that they will plant one or even several billion trees in the next few years. There is evidence of the advice and recommendations that have been sent to various ambassadors, ministers, institutions and organizations. In some cases, it is easy to see that direct action was taken after being contacted and communicated. Some initiatives and projects even have prominent imitators.

Global Greening, biodiversity conservation, diverse tree planting actions, ecosystem restoration and expansion of existing natural ecosystems like forests can reduce biodiversity loss or global extinction rate significantly.

Human impact on climate, environmental, natural and weather systems is significant. The excessive disruption, destruction and pollution of natural environmental systems and life forms has made the world what it is today!

Certain industries, institutions, organizations, people and other responsible parties that have destroyed ecosystems and important parts of the environment and polluted the planet are also partly responsible for the extinction of countless species and the destruction of the biosphere. They have caused not only an unstable atmosphere, but also more toxins, greenhouse gases and water vapor. It is never too late to change and improve the world together as humanity in a sustainable way. Negative actions and impacts can be prevented or reduced by nations together. Destroyers and polluters are thus prevented or even stopped from causing further pollution and environmental destruction. They should comply with laws, policies and global development goals on their own of course.

Climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, education, resilience and understanding of the true causes or circumstances should be a priority – as should the regular revision and updating of the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

For general understanding, many Change Games and Greening Deserts projects are environmental, educational, scientific, social and truly sustainable developments. Most of them were developed by the founder in his spare time. Many are or were non-commercial and private projects. The Greening Deserts and the Trillion Trees Initiative are still private initiatives and can be transformed into organizations or startups at any time.

Many conservationists, environmentalists, climate and nature activists want to protect species, some even the really important and endangered species. That is commendable and there could be many more of these activists. But it is much more important to save the really critically endangered species and protect them at the same time! Still hardly anyone understands how important species rescue is and how unimportant species protection of unimportant species is – at least in comparison and relation to the rapid species extinction of the truly threatened or critically endangered species. Every gardener is a species conservationist. What good does it do the biosphere, nature and mankind if we save the few species we hear about every day – such as the elephant, tiger, panda and co.. On the other hand, countless, much more important species are dying out every day, including many keystone species on which many other species depend. Unfortunately, there is also a lack of awareness and understanding of the biosphere in terms of biomass and species diversity. All life forms in organic soils, grasslands, wetlands, and global forests, as well as water bodies, which even significantly regulate climate and weather systems, are the main component of the biosphere!

If humans really want to prevent species extinction, they must maintain healthy ecosystems and restore important habitats and landscapes, especially wetlands and real forests. This will allow the atmosphere, biosphere and all parts of nature to recover, naturally regenerate and better self-regulate. The connection between species recovery, species protection, climate protection, environmental protection and biodiversity, biosphere and ecosystem services is often not seen accurately. To this day, many people do not realize that climate protection is also species protection and thus contributes significantly to the preservation of the biosphere – because the biosphere consists of species, i.e. biomass. One of the best ways to protect and save species is to preserve the important habitats of these species and to restore ecosystems through greening, reforestation and species protection camps or similar projects on a global scale. The founder and initiator of Greening Deserts has explained these important issues in several articles and offered innovative solutions with global initiatives or international projects such as the Trillion Trees Initiative.

Desertification can be reduced or even stopped with Greening Deserts projects like desert greening, regreening, reforestation, species rescue and protection camps. Unique methods, technics and techniques will support..

Another important issue is the lack of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) on so many levels. One example is flood protection through nature-based solutions. It is logical that, for example, after drought years, dry and water-repellent soils make erosion and flooding even more extreme. Another problem is the lack of trees and wetlands that have been destroyed. The problem in Germany is and has been the lack of disaster preparedness and management for extreme weather events such as droughts and floods, DRR should be an established system worldwide. Urban flood protection through additional water reservoirs, waterways and underground reservoirs can also help reduce these risks – similar to the concept of sponge cities. Another problem is the lack of trees and wetlands, which have been destroyed primarily by extreme drainage for agriculture and strip mines. Many important ecosystems such as wetlands have been destroyed as a result, including wet forests, marshes, swamps, and floodplains. Many people from the climate movement, in governments, and even parts of industry have followed and been inspired by Greening Deserts’ articles and projects – especially the articles, master theses and projects. On the topic of soil improvement and the global greening, a lot of experiences have been gained and many experts have been exchanged about meaningful actions. Since 2017, Greening Deserts recommends desert greening with hemp, desert bamboo and thistles, which loosen the soil to great depths as well as improve the soil overall. Appropriate ground covers or special grasses also protect new tree plantings from drying out. Green manure plants such as special field beans and hemp can quickly build humus-rich topsoil. This even works in drylands and wastelands! Since February, we have been calling for more health issues, especially to care more about mental health, peace speeches and real or continous solidarity on social media. Unfortunately, not much has happened in this regard to date 15-03-2022. This can be seen just by the hashtags like #UkraineRussiaWar and many similar fear and war-mongering actions in various media. Certain media, people and parties or politicians have even further escalated and worsened the situation – they poured oil on the fire. It is once again the typical symptom fighting problem instead of cause solution and crisis prevention by reasonable de-escalation diplomacy, language or actions, risk minimization, foresighted action and farsightedness. We need more peace speech and less war speech or spreading of war in the digital or media space! Support peace promoting actions like more peace speech and less war speech, hate speech and other destructive or provocative actions that make the situation worse and more worse. By many of the unnecessary actions, provocations and escalations certainly many people have fallen ill and additionally died! In addition the risk of a world war has increased enormously. If the world war and thus nuclear war breaks out, this will probably be the last.

There are many chances and ways to peace. But if things escalate by so much human egoisms and ignorance, provocations and escalations a point of no return can happen. Reason, de-escalation diplomacy, neutrality, honest compromises and apologies for the mistakes on all sides can really solve the conflicts in a sustainable way. Green Games Community and Trillion Trees Game tree planting platform for game developers, gamers and publishers

The Green Games and Trillion Trees Initiative develops innovative concepts and projects for sustainable IT and game developments. The future community platform and social networks will connect game developers, publishers, gamers and many other branches together for global sustainability, climate and environmental goals. This will motivate and support especially species, climate and environmental protection actions as well as organizations. The actions, initiatives and projects also promote more environmentally friendly behaviour.

The founder of Change Games and Greening Deserts launched the first developments for the Trillion Trees Game in 2020 in Leipzig. The game is not just a simple tree planting game, AAA game or larger indie game development. It will be an online game and a platform with many games. People will be able to play mini-games and indie games directly in the game, and they can start other games outside directly through the game. If the games are played in the Trillion Trees Game or special actions and events are started in external connected games, real trees will be planted in the real world. It depends on how much and how long you play, extra tree points can be collected. Later, special tasks, actions, events, achievements and challenges will support special reforestation or forestation projects and conservation actions. The video game industry is partwise responsible for generating mountains of toxic e-waste and plastics that leach hazardous chemicals into the ground and waters. 91% of worldwide plastics wasn’t recycled, billions of tons of plastic have been made and much of it has becoming trash, litter and microplastics. More than 99% of plastics are produced from chemicals derived from oil, natural gas and coal – which are dirty and non-renewable resources. Only 9% of all plastic waste has been recycled. A main problem is the use of too much plastics and plastic packaging. It is similar with other electronic equipment, gamer gear, high-end gaming PCs, notebooks and countless smartphones. So much models and overproduction of hardware over the half of humanity never can use or will be e-waste after short use. Too less people use their stuff over many years, repair or reuse it by upcycling. More game-related businesses should see these facts, chances and opportunities – not just the recycling.

Es wird in einigen Ländern über die Hälfte weggeschmissen, vieles veraltet oder verdirbt da es nicht effektiv verteilt wird. Hunderte Millionen Kinder hungern jeden Tag und im gleichen Zug vernichten und verschwenden Industrienationen unzählige Lebensmittel. Im Bezug auf die Lebensmittel sollte man etwa Konservierungs-, Logistik- und Verteilungssysteme verbessern, also effektiver Transport-, Trocknungs- und Kühlsysteme weltweit einsetzen anstatt weiter noch mehr zu produzieren – klar liegt die Lösung generell auch in einer gerechteren Verteilung. Wenn man nämlich alles hochrechnet, produziert die Welt Nahrung für weit über 10 Milliarden Menschen, unzählige Handys und Notebooks für jeden einzelnen Menschen. Wozu braucht der Mensch soviel Produkte die er eh nicht konsumieren kann.. all dies wird zu Müll, nicht nur Metalle, Plastik und Giftstoffe gelangen in die Umwelt und teilweise sogar in die Nahrung. Das Recycling kostet auch viel Energie und Ressourcen. Dies alles muss sich grundlegend ändern durch nachhaltigere, sauberere und vernünftigere Beschaffung, Energienutzung, Lieferketten und Produktion. Produzenten und Produktionen weltweit müssen sich in all diesen Punkten verbessern, Cleantech-, Greentech-, Nachhaltigkeits-, KI- und On Demand-Systeme etablieren. Die Großbetriebe sowie Konzerne sollten einfach weniger produzieren, jedenfalls die Produkte welche ständig nicht verbraucht oder weggeschmissen werden, z.B. viele Fleischsorten wie Huhn, Schwein und Rind – letztere erzeugen nicht nur Gülle und Methan welche Feinstäube erzeugen, sondern sie bzw. die Produktion verschwendet maßlos Wasser und belastet das Grundwasser und die Umwelt. Noch zwei wichtige Punkte zum Schluss, wir brauchen endlich ein umdenken in der Forst- und Landwirtschaft in Hinsicht einer nachhaltigeren Wirtschaft – in Englisch EcoFarming und EcoForestry genannt. Denn nach den neuesten Erkenntnissen und Langszeitstudien ist die Landwirtschaft für den größten Teil der Luftverschmutzung (ca. 40%) und Wasserbelastung verantwortlich! Dies liegt u.a. an der jahrelangen Abholzung und Tockenlegung, dadurch gab es einen massiven Verlust von Feuchtgebieten und Mooren, welche bis zu 50 Mal soviel CO2 speichern können und Giftstoffe umbauen wie Regenwälder. Die Gülle und Methan sind wirklich ein massives Problem da die Gase in der Atmosphäre neue Feinstäube bilden und das Grundwasser über Jahre hinweg verseucht wird. In den kommenden Greening Camps sollen nicht nur diese Bereiche erforscht werden sondern auch Forschungsfelder im Bereich grüne und saubere Technologien. Fokus liegt dabei auf Aquaponics, Hydroponics, Gewächshaus- und Wassermanagment, sowie neue Urban Farming Innovationen.

Leipziger Stadtpark

Seit 2015 ist es in Deutschland relativ trocken, die Dürre und Hitzewellen 2018 haben der Umwelt stark zugesetzt. Der Waldboden ist teilweise trockener als der Boden von Grasland bzw. Grünland. Die Böden sind ausgetrocknet, auch bis in tiefe Schichten. Das Grundwasser sinkt sehr oft unter kritische Stände, dies hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die Wälder und Gewässer wie Flüsse und Seen. Die Wasserreserven werden immer knapper. Nutzungskonflikte um Wasserressourcen können erheblich verschärft werden. Die Wassernutzung und das Wassermanagement muss sparsamer bzw. nachhaltiger werden, damit es in den nächsten Jahren nicht auch noch eine Wasserkrise gibt. Nutzung von Teichen, Wassertürmen und unterirdischen Wasserreservoirs um Regenwasser zu sammeln macht immer mehr Sinn. Dies kann mit Folien, Gräben, Solarpumpen und Agrophotovoltaik-Flächen realisiert werden. Eine intelligente Tröpfchenbewässerung spart zudem viel Wasser, denn in trockenen Zeiten wird unglaublich viel Wasser durch die Beregnung bzw. Verdunstung verschwendet.

Die Angst vor den Folgen eines weiteren Dürrejahres nach 2019 ist groß, besonders wenn das Trinkwasser knapp wird und ganze Flüsse oder Seen austrocknen. Trockenheit bedroht auch botanische Gärten und bekannte Parks, auch wenn viele Pflanzen bewässert werden wirkt sich die Trockenheit der Umgebung indirekt auf das gesamte Pflanzenwachstum aus. Eine ungesunde Umwelt in der Nachbarschaft wirkt auch auf gesunde Bereiche in der Region, nur wenn die Ausbreitung der gesunden Natur durch günstige Bedingungen gefördert wird kann sich die Natur insgesamt erholen und regenerieren, dies ist jedoch bei einer eintönigen Monokultur-, Land- und Forstwirtschaft schwer möglich, aber nicht unmöglich. Da Umwelt- und Wettersysteme teilweise sehr langsam reagieren, sind manche Folgen erst Jahre später zu spüren, ähnlich wie mit dem Nitrat oder Gülleproblem, wo in einigen extremen Fällen noch Jahre später das Grundwasser verschmutzt wird. Durch viele der trägen und schleichenden Prozesse werden wirklich ernste Konsequenzen für die Landwirtschaft erst noch kommen. Wir alle werden wohl mit den kurzfristigen und langfristigen Auswirkungen der Klimakrise leben müssen. Wir können uns wie die Natur zwar bis zu einem gewissen Grad anpassen, die aktive Minderung der Probleme und der Ursachen sind natürlich viel Wichtiger. Besonders wichtig ist die Luftqualität, denn diese wirkt sich auch auf die Gewässer und das Grundwasser aus. Die Luftverschmutzung durch die Landwirtschaft ist nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen sogar höher als die Verschmutzung durch den Verkehr und die Kohleindustrie zusammen. Dies liegt nicht nur am Feinstaub durch trockene Äcker, Gülleausbringung, Vierhaltung, usw., ein großes Problem ist der Ammoniak welcher in höheren Atmosphärenschichten neuen Feinstaub erzeugt. Am Ende landet alles im Wasser und wirkt sich auf die Gewässer und Wasserqualität aus.

Die Bodenqualität und gesündere Böden durch eine vielschichtigere Forst- und Landwirtschaft sowie ein besseres Wassermanagement sind wichtig um die Folgen des Klimawandels zu mildern. Die Nutzung von Humus, Tiefenwurzlern, Bodenverbesserungs- und Gründüngerpflanzen können erheblich zur Bodenbildung und Verbesserung des Gesamtbodens beitragen. Einige Pflanzen haben sogar Klimaretter-Potential. Nutzhanf etwa, Hanfpflanzen fördern die Artenvielfalt und verbessern den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt, dazu können die Blätter und Pflanzenwurzeln Humus bilden. Das ausgeprägte Wurzelwerk lockert die Böden. Die Hanffasern der Stengel können für Hanfpapier, Hanfkartons und andere Verpackungen verwendet werden. Dafür sind anspruchslose Hanfarten geeignet welche auch gut mit Trockenheit klarkommen und nicht gedüngt werden müssen. Schutzschichten mit Bodendeckern und Wildblumenwiesen können die Böden in besonders heißen und trockenen Zeiten schützen. Es gilt das Prinzip, einfach mal wachsen lassen und die Natur bei der Ausbildung von Biodiversität mit natürlichem Saatgut unterstützen. Natürlich mit geeigneten Arten je nach Region und Vegetationszone, also passende Pflanzen für Bergland, Feuchtgebiete, Grasland, Wiesen und Wälder. Dazu sollte man mehr über Wasserpflanzen nachdenken welche für die Verbesserung der Gewässer genutzt werden können. Ein großer Teil der Flüsse und Seen in Deutschland ist nämlich in einem bedenklichen Zustand, jedenfalls wenn es um den ökologischen Aspekt, die angrenzende Landwirtschaft, die Schifffahrt und Artenvielfalt geht.

Wir alle müssen mit anpacken ganze Landschaften vielfältiger und widerstandsfähiger gegenüber Klimaextremen gestalten, auch urbane Regionen und Städte – dafür wurde u.a. das Urban Greening Camp Projekt gestartet. Solidarische Landwirtschaft und Gemeinschaftsgärten sind eine gute Lösung welche auch mehr Artenvielfalt und gemeinschaftliche Gewinne einbringen kann. Zeigt Courage, Solidarität und Unterstützung für eine gesunde Natur und ein nachhaltigeres Leben auf dem Planeten Erde. Vermeidet Überkonsum und Umweltverschmutzung, besonders durch Plastik und Luftverschmutzung durch Autos, Flugzeuge und Schiffe. Vermeidet Umweltverschmutzung in jeglicher Art, insbesondere durch den Einsatz fossiler Brennstoffe und fossiler Energie wie Kohle. Reduziert Plastikmüll und verwendet alternative Materialien wie Bambus und Hanf oder Reisstrohpapier. Sei ein wirklich menschlicher Mensch, setzte dich für ein besseres und gerechteres Klima ein. Saubere Luft, frisches Wasser und eine gesunde Umwelt sind Menschenrechte. Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und Umweltschutz ist auch Pflanzenschutz, Tierschutz und Menschenschutz – also Artenschutz! Wir alle sollten uns mehr für Klimagerechtigkeit und Umweltgerechtigkeit einsetzen, ebenso wie für vielfältige Aufforstung bzw. Bewaldung.

Greening Deserts nachhaltige Projekte und Initiativen wie Greening Camps und die Trillion Trees Initiative arbeiten seit Jahren an nachhaltigen Projekten für die Gesellschaft, eine gesündere Natur und vielfältigere Umwelt. Die Projekte dienen hauptsächlich dem Artenschutz und Umweltschutz. Wir wollen nicht nur vom Menschen geschaffene Wüsten, Trockengebiete und Ödland in Europa und Afrika aufforsten bzw. begrünen, sondern damit internationale Plattformen für eine nachhaltigere Forschung, Wirtschaft, Bildung, Kultur und Wissenschaft schaffen. Die Greening Camps werden auch Klima- und Forschungscamps für innovative Cleantech- und Greentech-Entwicklungen sein. Die Camps können fast jede Region und Kultur in den Begrünungs- und Entwicklungsprozess einbeziehen. Größere Camps erhalten einen Energiespeicherpark und vielleicht sogar einen Cleantech- und Greentech-Campus oder einen Wissenschaftspark. Seid ihr mit dabei? Zum Ende des Artikels noch ein Statement zu Förderungen und finanzieller Unterstützung für Greening Deserts Projekte und Initiativen.

Nach Jahren der Projektentwicklungen, kultureller und sozialer Aktionen für die Gemeinschaft und eine gesündere Umwelt gab es immer noch keine richtige Unterstützung – besonders in Hinsicht von aktiver und finanzieller Hilfe. Im Gegenteil, die Ignoranz und Kompetenzverschiebung hat sogar noch zugenommen. Es gibt immer wieder Ausreden. Ob es Krisen oder Wahlen sind, es wird einfach nicht richtig gehandelt und ständig etwas versprochen was nicht eingehalten wird – Soforthilfe oder richtige Unterstützung für innovative Ideen und Startups, Fehlanzeige. Dies ist nicht nur enttäuschend und sehr demotivierend, es gefährdet die ganze Arbeit und gesamte Gesellschaft, vor allem macht diese Ignoranz krank. Nach mehrfachen Forderungen und Informierung von Verantwortlichen in Politik, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft wurden viele Ideen von Greening Deserts adaptiert bzw. kopiert und besonders die Politik hat sich damit profiliert, wirklich etwas effektiv verändert wurde dadurch jedoch nichts. Es ist wirklich traurig, denn mit einem Begrünungs- und Forschungscamp im Leipziger Tagebaugebiet und in der Seenlandschaft hätten Klimanpassungen und Resistenzen vieler potentieller Pflanzen längst erforscht werden können. Die Chance und Gelegenheit die Dürrejahre und Hitzeperioden für eine speziallisierte Baumschule mit realen Bedingungen zu nutzen wurde durch die ignorante Haltung der Verantwortlichen verpasst bzw. verwährt. Denn jeder weiß, ohne Aufbauförderung, Entwicklungsföderung, Forschungsförderung und aktive Unterstützung sind solche Vorhaben nicht oder nur in sehr langer Zeit realisierbar. Dies wurde auch mehrfach angebracht, es wurde wirklich umfangreich über all die wichtigen Aspekte und Fakten informiert, nicht nur viele Behörden, Institutionen, Parteien und gewisse Organisationen. Nocheinmal an Alle ! Wir haben wirklich nicht mehr viel Zeit eine Art Klimawandel-Gärten und -Baumschulen einzurichten um Bäume und Pflanzen an den Klimawandel weiter anzupassen. Mit der entsprechenden Unterstützung könnte vielleicht bis Frühsommer 2021 endlich ein entsprechendes Klima- und Forschungscamp im Süden von Leipzig realisiert werden. Jungpflanzen und weiteres Saatgut kann über den Winter besorgt werden. Greening Deserts Gründer kann jedoch nicht immer weiter sein letztes Geld für den Lebensunterhalt dafür einsetzen. Es gilt das Motto ohne Moos nix los und damit wird es keine Verbesserung der aktuellen Umstände und der Klimakrise geben. Denn viele sinnvolle Lösungen wurden über die Jahre hart erarbeitet, eine effektive und schnellere Umsetzung benötigt jedoch die finanzielle Hilfe und tatkräftige Unterstützung von uns allen. Wenn nicht endlich entsprechend gehandelt wird, zahlen alle den Preis, vor allem aber die Landwirte und Waldbesitzer.

Trillion Trees Initiative für besseren Klimaschutz, Umweltschutz und Artenschutz

Die Greening Deserts Trillion Trees Initiative und Greening Camps können negative Klimaveränderungen, Entwaldung, Dürren, Wüstenbildung, Bodendegradation, Überschwemmungen und globale Erwärmung in großem Umfang reduzieren – insbesondere in von Menschen geschaffenen Wüsten, Trockengebieten, Savannen und Ödländern. Viele Nationen, Organisationen, Persönlichkeiten und Institutionen wurden während der letzten Jahre eingeladen und einige haben Interesse gezeigt. Jeder kann sich den Projekten und der globalen Begrünungsinitiative anschließen. Lasst uns gemeinsam die Welt begrünen ! Pflanzen wir Milliarden oder sogar eine Billion Bäume, um das Klima zu verbessern und die globale Erwärmung erheblich zu reduzieren, insbesondere mit urbanen Begrünungscamps in städtischen Gebieten. Es ist vielleicht die billigste und effektivste Lösung, um den Planeten Erde abzukühlen, Luft und Wasser zu reinigen. Der Gründer von Greening Deserts gründete die Trillion Trees Initiative 2018. Er entwickelte dazu gute Lösungen und Projekte, um Trockengebiete und Ödland mit verschiedenen Arten resistenter und typischer Pflanzen wieder zu begrünen. Die Camps dienen der professionellen Pflanzenzüchtung, der Wiederaufforstung und der Wiederbegrünung großer Flächen. Die Begrünungs- und Forschungslager werden grüne Spots für den Anbau von Pflanzen sein, besonders für betroffene Regionen werden z.B. spezielle Bäume, Bodendecker, Blütenbäume, wilde Gräser, Wildblumen und Heilpflanzen kultiviert. Zusammen mit Hanf und anderen bodenverbessernden Pflanzen werden in wenigen Jahren oberste Bodenschichten geschaffen – die Basis für folgende Biodiversitäts-Plantagen und vielfältige Wälder. Es wird die Schaffung einer wirklich nachhaltigen Land- und Forstwirtschaft unterstützen. Hanf wird ein Nebenprodukt der Aufforstungs- oder Begrünungsprozesse sein. Samen und SeedBalls können durch Aussäen von autonomen Aussaatdrohnen und -ballons ausgebracht werden.

Greening Deserts bildungsrelevante, kulturelle, nachhaltige, ökologische, soziale, wirtschaftliche und wissenschaftliche Projekte haben große Potenziale, die Wüstenbildung und die globale Erwärmung zu verringern, die gesunde Umwelt, nachhaltige Landwirtschaft (EcoFarming) und ökologische Forstwirtschaft (EcoForestry) zu verbessern. Es sind auch Projekte für innovative Cleantech- und Greentech-Entwicklungen. Hier sind einige der Hauptprojekte: Agrophotovoltaik, Desert Bamboo Africa, Hemp Houses, Hemp Papers, Greening Coasts, Greenhouse Ships, Green Ring Africa, Great Green Wall North Africa, Seeding Balloons, Greening Drones und Transparent Solar Greenhouses. Alle diese Projekte wurden in den letzten Jahren von Oliver Gediminas Caplikas gegründet bzw. initiiert. Starke zukünftige Partner und Investoren für die laufenden Projektentwicklungen sind immer willkommen ! Investiert in wahre Werte wie Bildung, nachhaltige bzw. ökologische Produkte und Dienstleistungen in den kommenden Bildungs-, Begrünungs- und Forschungscamps. Nachhaltige Investitionen in Greening Deserts Projekte werden die Welt wirklich positiv verändern, zusammen mit internationalen Partnern werden wir eine bessere Geschichte bzw. Zukunft schaffen.
Der Aufbau eines Basislagers mit einem kleinen Team dauert je nach Bedingungen und Region ca. drei bis neun Monate. Die Begrünung und Aufforstung jeder betroffenen Region beginnt auf jedem Gelände mit einem provisorischen Basislager, so wie das Pflanzen von Bäumen für die ersten Parks – es können während des Aufbaus schon viele Jungpflanzen und Setzlinge unter Netzen kultiviert werden. Größere Camps können einen Energiespeicherpark mit Solarpark, Wasserpark und oder Windpark erhalten. Kleinere Camps bekommen natürlich auch Solarenergie und eine eigenständige Wasserversorgung. Viele weitere Entwicklungen und innovative Projekte, können mit den Camps realisiert werden. Es ist ebenso interessant für städtische Regionen, Stadtwälder und Gärten – insbesondere Dach- und Gemeinschaftsgärten. Botschafter, Minister, Handelskommissare, Wissenschaftler und Experten aus aller Welt wurden im Laufe der Jahre zu Greening Deserts Kampagnen, Initiativen und Projekten eingeladen. Wir haben uns viel über die nachhaltigen Entwicklungen, Technologien und Techniken ausgetauscht, welche in den neuen Greening Camps entwickelt werden können, u.a. auf Kongressen und Messen.
Viele Wissenschaftler bestätigen die Konzepte und Projekte von Greening Deserts, zum Beispiel, um eine Billion Bäume (Trillion Trees) zu pflanzen, um die vom Menschen verursachten Auswirkungen des Klimawandels und die globale Erwärmung weltweit zu reduzieren. Mit finanzieller Unterstützung könnten Projekte wie die Begrünungs- und Forschungscamps endlich mit der Aufforstung und Begrünung beginnen, besonders in Trockengebieten und Ödlanden in Afrika und Europa. Die Projektentwicklung für erste Greening Camps läuft seit 2018, nach erfolgreicher Finanzierung in den Jahren 2020 oder 2021 kann das Projekt so schnell wie möglich beginnen und die ersten Pilotcamps errichten.

Weitere wichtige Informationen zu Greening Deserts Artenschutz-Projekten, wie dem neuen Forschungs- und Schutzprogramm für kritisch gefährdete Arten ‘Critically Endangered Species Research and Protection Program’ (CES-RPP).

Es geht um Greening Camps, innovative Entwicklungen, Forschung, globale Ziele und effektive Lösungen. Greening Deserts Projekte wie die Begrünungs- und Forschungscamps werden Plattformen für Artenschutz, Bildung, Cleantech, Greentech, Klimaschutz, Kultur, Naturschutz, Umweltschutz und Wissenschaft sein. Alle Camps können eine Bibliothek, Lounge und einen Medienraum erhalten. Perfekt für den Austausch mit der Bildungs-, Buch- und Medienbranche, etwa um mit kreativen Designs, umweltfreundlichem Bauen und nachhaltiger Architektur zu experimentieren. Größere Camps können einen Energiespeicherpark erhalten und sogar zu einer Art Campus und Wissenschaftspark ausgebaut werden.

Wir haben nicht viel Zeit, vielfältige Camps, Gewächshäuser und neuen Schutzgebiete an Land und auf See für die am stärksten gefährdeten Arten und Schlüsselarten (Keystone Species) dieser Welt einzurichten. Es ist ähnlich wie bei anderen Kaskadeneffekten, z.B. dem Desertifikations- und Permafrost-Problem. Auch der Verlust von Feuchtgebieten beschleunigt das globale Artensterben. Wenn mehr Schlüsselarten wie die Bienen aussterben, selbst relativ unbekannte oder kleine Arten, beschleunigt dies das Massensterben und erreicht Kippelemente in Bezug auf den kritischen Verlust der biologischen Vielfalt. Die einzige Möglichkeit besteht darin, sich auf dieses wichtigste Thema der Welt zu konzentrieren und es an die erste Stelle aller Tagesordnungen zu setzen, sich auf die am stärksten gefährdeten bekannten Arten zu konzentrieren und die vergessenen und unbekannten Schlüsselarten mit den besten Suchalgorithmen, Netzwerken und intelligenten Systemen zu finden wie KI, Deep Learning, Cloud- und Crowdworking, Archivmanagement und intelligente Bibliothekssysteme – unterstützt von den besten Computersystemen, wie spezielle Supercomputer. Es hat wirklich mehr Priorität, als so viele Ressourcen für astrologische Berechnungen, Gehirnsimulationen oder andere Mega-Anwendungen zu verwenden, vor allem Computer welche gleiche oder fast ähnliche Arbeiten ausführen. Ganz zu schweigen von der Energieverschwendung von Computern, Servern und Smartphones im Leerlauf oder für zeitraubende Aufgaben wie bestimmte Filme, Spiele, Serien und Streamingdienste.

Für uns alle ist es wichtig, das Massensterben in den nächsten Jahren zu verhindern, die biologische Vielfalt in vielen Gebieten, auch in städtischen Regionen, wiederherzustellen und zu verbessern. Wir alle müssen uns mehr um die Arten kümmern, die am meisten bedroht bzw. gefährdet sind. Es macht keinen Sinn, wenn es so viele gleiche Artenschutz- und Naturschutzinitiativen oder -programme gibt, also nur für einzelne sehr bekannte Arten. Im Hintergrund sterben viel unbekannte und wichtigere Arten aus – es sollten viel mehr Ressourcen überschützter Arten bzw. vieler gleicher Artenschutzprogramme für den Schutz der Schlüsselarten verwendet werden. Die Artenschutzgemeinschaft und Organisationen wie die Rote Liste der bedrohten Arten der IUCN sollten ihre Agenda und Prioritäten in diesem Zusammenhang überarbeiten. Die Menschheit muss die Schlüsselarten (Keystone Species) stärker schützen, insbesondere jene von denen viele andere Lebensformen abhängen ! Wenn zum Beispiel die wichtigsten Bienenarten aussterben, wird der Mensch einige Jahre später folgen. Weitere Punkte sind die langfristige Unterstützung der Klimaanpassung von Tieren und Pflanzen, das Überleben der wichtigsten Arten zu sichern, zusätzliche Lebensräume für Wildtiere zu schaffen, z.B, mehr Biotope, Wildreservate, wilde Wiesen, Parks und verschiedene Wälder für mehr Artenvielfalt.

Jeder Tag zählt, um die am stärksten gefährdeten Arten mit allen Mitteln zu schützen und diesen Aspekt, diese Aufgabe und das Thema auf allen relevanten Tagesordnungen – auf allen möglichen Kanälen, täglich und international – nach oben zu bringen. Vorhandene Schutzgebiete, mit den höchsten Konzentrationen an Lebensformen, in allen möglichen Regionen und Klimazonen sind natürlich auch wichtig. Die überschützten Arten und Programme, Ressourcen, Energien,.. sollten in diesem Zusammenhang mehr auf diese Aspekte konzentriert werden. Es gibt so viele Artenschutzprogramme für Elefanten, Eisbären, Giraffen, Pandas,.. Arten die relativ sicher sind und fast jeden Tag sterben wichtige Schlüsselarten aus! Es ist ein ähnliches Problem wie bei den verdrängten Kippelementen und der falschen Priorisierung von Politik und Wirtschaft – siehe Klimakonferenz der Vereinten Nationen. Nur wenn die genannten Probleme bald gelöst werden, können die Kaskadeneffekte reduziert und möglicherweise mit über Jahrzehnte langer Anstrengung gestoppt werden – neue Katastrophen können in dieser Hinsicht dann vielleicht wirklich verhindert werden. Dann könnte es eine echte Chance geben das Aussterben, auch der Menschheit, zu verhindern. Jede Handlung und jede Person zählt in dieser Hinsicht, ob groß oder klein, bekannt oder unbekannt. Wir haben vielleicht zwei Jahre Zeit, um diese Probleme zu lösen, und zehn Jahre, um weltweit eine Billion Bäume zu pflanzen – Siehe Trillion Trees Initiative.

Bienen wurden zu den wichtigsten Arten auf dem Planeten Erde erklärt. Laut Wildtierexperten und Wissenschaftlern haben sich die Bienen der langen Liste der gefährdeten Arten angeschlossen. Insektizide, Herbizide, Fungizide und andere Pestizide müssen ebenso wie die Luftverschmutzung reduziert werden. Pflanzen wir mehr Wildblumen und Blütenbäume, insbesondere für Bienen, Vögel und andere Tiere, die solche Bäume und Pflanzen zum Überleben brauchen. Wir brauchen mehr Biotope, echte natürliche und wilde Lebensräume, mehr naturnahe Wildreservate mit wilden Wiesen, Mischwäldern und Schutzgebieten wie Landschaftsschutz-, Naturschutz- und Wasserschutzgebiete. Greening Deserts Artenschutzprojekte zielen hauptsächlich darauf ab, natürliche Landschaften wie Mischwälder, Grasland und Feuchtgebiete wiederherzustellen – vor allem um die biologische Vielfalt, saubere Luft, Mutterböden und Wasser wiederherzustellen. Reduziert und stoppt die Entwaldung in naher Zukunft, ersetzt Holz teilweise durch andere nachhaltige Materialien wie Hanf und Reisstroh. Hanfpapier und Reisstrohpapier könnte die Umweltverschmutzung und Zerstörung durch die Papierproduktion und Verpackungsindustrie reduzieren, auch ein Problem sind Einweg- und Mehrfachverpackungen, der Überkonsum, die Überproduktion und die maßlose Verschwendung.

Die Pflanzen der Greening Camps wie z.B. Hanf und Wüstenbambus verbessern die Böden, das Grundwasser und das Wasser im Allgemeinen. Trockengebiete und Ödland können mit Greening Deserts Technologien und Techniken leicht in fruchtbares Land verwandelt werden. Viele der innovativen Technologien wurden in den letzten Jahren entwickelt. Hanf verbessert die Böden in nur wenigen Jahren, danach können weitere umweltfreundliche Pflanzen und Bäume gepflanzt werden – wenn möglich weniger Monokulturen und mehr Mischkulturen. Hanf wird ein Nebenprodukt der Aufforstungs- oder Begrünungsprozesse sein und kann an Hanfprodukthersteller, wie die Hanfpapierbranche und die Hanfholzindustrie, geliefert werden. Am Ende würden alle gewinnen – die armen Menschen oder Regionen, die zerstörten Gebiete bzw. Böden, die Forstwirtschaft, die Papier- und Holzindustrie – sogar große Holzpapierkonsumenten wie die Buch-, Zeitungs- und Verpackungsindustrie. Hanf- und Reisstrohpapierbücher könnten die Buch- und Papierbranche in vielerlei Hinsicht reformieren. Man kann mehr auf den offiziellen Seiten erfahren und auch gerne Kontakt aufnehmen. Im Greening Deserts Netzwerk und durch viele bekannte Kontakte gibt es viele Experten auf diesen Gebieten bzw. Märkten, diese können in Zukunft mit eingebunden werden. Der weltweite Reinigungs- und Begrünungsprozess kann den globalen Friedensprozess erheblich beschleunigen.

Und nochmal liebe Leute, ihr seid herzlich eingeladen an Greening Deserts nachhaltigen Initiativen und Projekten teilzunehmen. Unterstützt die offizielle Trillion Trees Initiative um negative Klimaveränderungen, Entwaldung, Dürren, Wüstenbildung, Bodendegradation, Überschwemmungen und globale Erwärmung in großem Umfang zu reduzieren – insbesondere in von Menschen geschaffenen Wüsten, Trockengebieten und Ödländern. Die Initiative wurde von Oliver Caplikas 2018 gegründet. Der Gründer hat 2019 eine weitere großartige Initiative, zur Reduzierung von Plastikmüll in weltweiten Gewässern, ins Leben gerufen. Diese wird dazu einen völlig neuen nachhaltigen Markt eröffnen. Der Name ist Plastikfischerei, weitere Neuigkeiten werden über das Plastikfischernetzwerk und die zukünftige Plattform veröffentlicht.

Im Sommer, Herbst und Winter 2019 wurden viele Infobriefe und Rundschreiben über die o.g. Themen versendet, auch an internationale Regierungen, Institutionen und Organisationen. Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und Umweltschutz sind auch Artenschutz – also auch Menschenschutz. Bitte ignoriert die Fakten nicht und leitet es weiter, wenn möglich. Es betrifft uns alle. Kinderrechte sind Menschenrechte, ebenso wie saubere Böden, Luft, Wasser und eine gesunde Umwelt. Wir brauchen mehr Umweltbewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit, nachhaltiges Leben und nachhaltiges Arbeiten in allen Bereichen. Wir müssen eine Welt des Verstehens, der Akzeptanz, des Respekts, der Toleranz, des Mitgefühls und des Bewusstseins schaffen.

Tut mehr für Grünflächen in eurer Stadt und versucht mehr grüne Spots, Gemeinschaftsgärten, Stadtparks, Stadtwälder, Fassaden- und Dachgärten einzurichten. Zeigt, dass ihr wirklich nachhaltig leben und arbeiten könnt. Spart Energie, Wasser und natürliche Ressourcen. Reduziert den Abfall oder unnötigen Müll, besonders Plastikmüll.
